While transaction volume moderated in several suburban and luxury markets, others continued to see steady or increased buyer activity. Inventory also continued to grow across many regions, though most Central Indiana communities remained well below balanced market levels, supporting competitive conditions for well-positioned homes.

Average sale prices were mixed throughout the state. Several communities, including Washington Township, Westfield, Steuben County Lakefront, and Lafayette, recorded month-over-month price gains, while others experienced modest declines. These shifts largely reflect the mix of homes sold during the month rather than broad changes in underlying home values, reinforcing the importance of evaluating pricing trends within each local market.

Days on market also varied by region. Several Central Indiana communities saw homes spend more time on the market than in June, while markets such as Fort Wayne, Kosciusko County Lakefront, and Northwest Indiana Lakefront experienced faster sales. Overall, homes continued to sell efficiently in many areas, particularly where inventory remained limited and pricing aligned with buyer expectations.
