Encore Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce that Lindsay McAteer, former Chief Operations Officer, has been appointed President of the brokerage.

Lindsay McAteer will assume responsibility for leading Encore Sotheby’s International Realty’s (Encore SIR) operations, talent, and community involvement. With a laser focus on serving its agents, fostering a collaborative environment for all, and giving back to the community, Encore SIR will continue to grow and be more than a name synonymous with quality. Under her direction, she plans to forge a lifestyle of sophistication, expertise, and trust for all agents, employees, partners, and clients.

McAteer is a founding member of the global brand’s Indiana affiliate and most recently was Chief Operating Officer of the firm. She brings invaluable experience to her new role and has earned her Managing Broker’s License from the Tucker School of Real Estate, as well as past accolades, including the Northside Mibor Rising Star Award, the Mibor Rising Star Award, REAL Graduate completion and is a prior recipient of the Bud Tucker Scholarship. In addition, she serves as a board member of the REALTOR® Foundation.
