The September market continued as much of 2021 did, fewer homes for sale created fewer homes sold, at higher prices and faster than the year prior. Nearly every market identified has less than 1 month’s inventory as the demand for homes remains high. As the cooler temperatures and shorter days approach, typically the real estate market begins to slow.
