Tracy is an experienced real estate professional and team leader of one of the top selling real estate teams in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Tracy experience includes specializing in the buying, selling and marketing of new and existing residential real-estate and lot purchases. Over the years she has represented various successful developers to promote their neighborhoods and lot sales as well as new custom home builders. As a Broker Associate and Founding Member of Encore Sotheby’s International Realty, she has been recognized as a member of the Connoisseurs Club since its inception and has been honored with the Distinguished Service Award in every year since 2011, presented to the top producing agent in the office. She is consistently recognized in the Top 25 Real Estate Teams in the IBJ or Indianapolis Business Journal and has been for over a decade. A graduate of Brebeuf Preparatory High School and Indiana University where she was a member of Delta Gamma Fraternity, Tracy has also graduated from the Real Estate Certification program and Professional Sales Academy, She has completed numerous real estate continuing education courses, Beyond your Best coaching seminars and Brian Buffini’s 100 Days to Greatness. What makes a house a home to you? Homes are the backdrop to our life story. We spend more time there than anywhere; we prepare meals, celebrate, gather with loved ones, practice self-care, and refuel at home. #1 tip for a new homeowner: When decorating your new home, focus on real-life items of importance to use as décor. Group things by color, category, put like with like, create themes that have meaning to you. Make it your own!
Favorite thing to do or eat in Indianapolis? My family goes to the Indy 500 every year. All year I look forward to the race and the activities that accompany it during the month of May! It is typically a month of celebration, welcoming summer, the end of another school year, the opening of pools, and is topped off by the attending the largest spectacle in racing. We follow the drivers, the qualification times, their family stories, and look forward to seeing all the people that this event draws to Indy every year.
