As a member of the Hans Daniels Real Estate Team, Shelley is dedicated to providing a superior level of real estate services to the team’s clients. Shelley Paulausky Hans has lived in Fort Wayne and surrounding area for over 40 years. For over 35 years, she and her family have spent summers at Lake Wawasee and she also has extensive knowledge of that community. After graduating from Indiana University, she was recruited to work for May Department stores as a buyer in St. Louis. Shelley returned to Ft. Wayne, spending the next twenty years as an owner of a manufacturer’s representative agency selling hardware products to hardware stores across the country and abroad. She quickly developed a love for sales and extensive knowledge in the home improvement field. Shelley’s past work experience has provided her with excellent skills in developing and maintaining relationships, negotiations, customer service and marketing, earning her the nickname, “the Velvet Hammer.” She has a warm, inviting personality with a contagious smile. Her passion is working with people and helping them to achieve their goals. In her spare time, you’ll find Shelly teaching Zumba to people of all ages at the local YMCA and ballroom dancing. Many in Fort Wayne know her as the 2013 Fort Wayne Dancing with the Stars champion, supporting the Carriage House and mental illness. Shelley has served on various local boards and supports several charities. Shelley is excited to join Noelle Hans-Daniels team. She is married to Noelle’s brother, Matt. Shelley and Matt have six beautiful children.
