Jordan is a Butler University graduate with a BA in Strategic Communication. Jordan comes from a broad background in social media marketing, advertising, and public relations including internships with Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Butler Marketing, and Ed Carpenter Racing. Since transitioning from digital media design to real estate, Jordan has become a specialist in Indianapolis’ investment market and continues to work with investors from all over the U.S. and abroad to expand their portfolios in the Midwest.

As a 5th generation Realtor in a family of real estate professionals, Jordan joins his father, Ron Herman, in forming The Herman Group. Growing up around the Real Estate industry, along with the help of customer service skills, and an understanding of the importance of each individual client, allows Jordan to fine-tune a client’s needs in order to find them their next dream home.

Apart from Real Estate, Jordan is also a fitness enthusiast and huge Butler Basketball fan!

What makes a house a home to you? A home is your own unique safe-space to create memories and express who you are freely. I often tell my clients that there’s a “perfect” home for everyone, you just have to make it your perfect home.

#1 tip for a new homeowner: Despite the growth of technology making it easier to find homes online, it is still important to work with a local realtor who knows the area you’re buying in. I often feel my most important job as a realtor happens before a contract is even written, by being there for my clients to make sure they’re heading in the right direction.
