With the state’s recent stay at home orders, our homes have quickly become our office, our classroom, our gym and so much more.
While we are all doing our part to stay home and stay safe, our role as your real estate advisors feels more and more essential. Governor Holcomb has indicated that real estate is an essential business to remain functional during this time of uncertainty, and we take that responsibility seriously. We will continue to do everything possible to keep our families, clients and friends safe during this time.
That said, we are still here for you. Our industry has swiftly adjusted to continue to serve you. Our partners in the Title Industry have adjusted to allow for curbside closings, minimizing physical interaction and allowing for those preparing to move to a new home to do so. Our banking partners have waived fees for wire transfers, allowing for seamless virtual earnest money and closing money transfers. And, the growth of technology has equipped our brokers with tools to share homes with you virtually via FaceTime, video and more. Though it’s not business as usual, the real estate industry is still assisting and servicing homeowners during this time of need.
Further, and more importantly, if you need help or support of any kind, call us, day or night. Though the light at our office may be off, our cell phones and inboxes are always on.
We are in this together.
