For the past several weeks, our leadership team has monitored the COVID-19 developments around the world, and more recently, around Indiana. As things have continued to evolve and escalate, we have made changes and adjusted our work environment to ensure the health, safety and well-being of our team members, our clients and our community.

As a boutique client-driven company, Encore SIR was built to be flexible, nimble and provide exceptional value to our clients and agents. On Monday, March 16th, we made the decision to close our office to all outside visitors, limited our agents’ office visits to critical path functions only, and have implemented a work-from-home policy for all administrative and marketing functions through at least March 30th. Effective immediately, we have embraced the CDC and local government’s social distancing standards and have effectively canceled all public open houses until further notice.

As we continue to pursue our core mission of providing our clients and agents with unparalleled service, we will continue to maintain an abundance of caution in our workplace and in our community. While our office may be closed to the general public, please know that our inboxes and cell phones remain 100% open and committed to working with you during this crisis.
