Traci is an extremely accomplished salesperson with over 19 years of experience in building lasting business relationships. She has built her career on compassion, genuine care and concern for the well-being of her clients. After 10 productive years in medical sales, Traci transitioned to real estate sales in Columbus, Ohio and truly found her calling. She is honored to have learned from some of the best talent in the industry. Having an eye for design and a passion for renovation, Traci has spent the last eight years helping her clients realize the true potential of a home. It is her mission to make sure both her buyers and sellers get the best value possible. She relishes the opportunity to build relationships with her clients and they tend to be a part of her life long after the transaction has closed. In Columbus, Traci was consistently recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent, completed more than 80 transactions and over $50 million in total sales and successfully assisted in relocating physicians from across the country to the city of Columbus. Having now experienced a relocation firsthand, Traci believes she is an even greater asset to her future clients. Since her move to Indianapolis Traci has developed a strong team, including a vast list of qualified servicer professionals and most recently team member, Jaci Cleveland. This team allows Traci to provide every client with an unparalleled level of service. This success was further recognized by her peers as a member of the 2018 REAL (Real Estate Academy of Leadership) Class. In 2019, Traci achieved nearly $13 million in real estate sales.

What makes a house a home to you? To me, a house is brick and mortar. A home is created with love, family and memories. It’s a space you design to express yourself and enrich your life. A home should always feel genuine, authentic and warm… a haven to the homeowner.
#1 tip for a new homeowner: Always budget for home repairs. Inevitably, something will need fixed once you own a home and you want to be sure you have the necessary funds to do so.
Favorite thing to do or eat in Indianapolis: Trader’s Point Creamery — it’s our happy place and the kids love being there!
