Hometown: Fort Wayne, IN
Years with Encore Sotheby’s: In my second year
What makes a house a home to you? Eclectic pieces that you love, pieces that mean something to you. Family pictures that make you smile because of the memories they made.
#1 tip for a new homeowner: Keep your house up-to-date. Most homeowners only pay attention to the basics of the home (roof & HVAC), they forget about the elements of the home that everyone sees. Enjoy your home while you live in it so that when you are ready to sell it, you can get top dollar for your investment.
Favorite thing to do or eat in Fort Wayne: Going out with family and friends to the many great local restaurants and festivals that our great city has to offer. I love that we are a big city, but we have the small town feel.
