She draws from her experience working sales at Xerox, Johnson & Johnson, and other companies. She believes every real estate transition should be a happy one and that a good agent should be focused on customer service and help with the details, including registering at new schools, getting utilities turned on, and acclimating to a new community.

Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics and Cultural Affairs from Valparaiso University and a MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Butler University.
