With years of experience and firm relationships in the health care and financial services industries, Jim has developed an extensive network of clients and friends in Indianapolis. Jim studied at DePauw University and Indiana University in Bloomington. After university, he relocated to San Francisco and started an internet-based company and later sold financial management software with Advent Software. After many years in the Bay Area, he returned to Indianapolis to become a Realtor with the F.C. Tucker Company, where he earned the Executive and President’s Club Awards. Jim’s broker at the time was quoted as saying, “Jim is the type of agent we want to build this company around.” Jim joined Encore Sotheby’s International Realty understanding the brand’s value, particularly in its beautiful marketing that effectively distinguishes properties from the competition in the marketplace and its expansive worldwide network.
