What makes a house a home to you?

An open concept living room that gives the whole family space to be together or a favorite antique piece of furniture that brings history to the home.  It’s that warm and cozy feeling you get when you are relaxing after a long day.  It’s the people who you share the home with and the company you have over.  Also, a fireplace adds a nice focal point for everyone to gather around.

#1 tip for a first-time homeowner: 

Obtain a home warranty.  Things can and do go wrong in homes, whether it is new construction or not.  Having a home warranty will help offset some costs if your water heater or furnace goes out etc.

Favorite thing to do or eat in Indy:

Indy has a great culinary scene.  I have a lot of friends who work in the restaurant industry and some of my favorite places to eat are Bluebeard and Vida.  Their menus are constantly changing so you can always try something new.  I also love attending the local sports games here in Indy as well as concerts at White River State Park.  It’s a perfect setting for a show as you get a great shot of downtown Indy in your backdrop.
