December 2009 | Affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty to become the franchise for the state of Indiana.
August 2012 | Our agent successfully lists and sells the firm’s first Lake Wawasee home for $3.8M.
June 2014 | Indianapolis Business Journal names Encore Sotheby’s International Realty as one of its “Top Fastest Growing Indiana Companies.”
December 2016 | Our agent lists and sells a condo at The Conrad for $4.8M – the highest recorded sale in the MLS in Indianapolis at the time.
October 2017 | The firm relocates to new corporate headquarters in Carmel.
November 2017 | New office opening in the Village of WestClay.
September 2018 | Expansion to Zionsville with new office opening on Main Street.
January 2019 | Successful acquisition to open new offices in Fort Wayne, Roanoke, and Lake Wawasee.
January 2022 | An exclusive partnership with Indianapolis Business Journal begins and the “Featured Home of the Week” is introduced.
September 2022 | Our agent lists and sells Linden House – the estate of the late Christel DeHaan, making it the record-breaking highest-priced residential sale in Indiana’s history for $14.5M.
February 2023 | New office opening in Broad Ripple Village, Indianapolis.
October 2023 | Our agent successfully lists and sells a lakefront retreat in Dune Acres – the highest recorded sale in the NIRA MLS.
December 2023 | Office relocation in Fort Wayne to Electric Works campus downtown.
